Moisture. No active seepage or unresolved damp. Dehumidifier plan if summers run humid. Cave smell after rain → fix waterproofing first.

Height. Measure finished ceiling at the install spot. FD exteriors often list ~78″ tall (UNVERIFIED — confirm Topture). Leave margin for feet and uneven slab.

Delivery path. Stair width, turns, door heights. If the crate cannot make the stairs, you do not have a basement sauna site.
